Currently, https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos-dist/f42-coreos-continuous/ is empty. Should we wait until the repository is populated with packages? Update: |

I tagged the new rpm-ostree into the continuous repo and it exists now so this should be unblocked. Let's see if any new tests fail. |
The nfs and tang containers use Fedora so let's bump those to F42 too.
